Here are the highlights and the homework for my students:
- We went over the differences between "good" carbs and "bad" carbs.
- Discussed ways to make your favorite recipes healthier.
- Learned why it is important to regulate your blood sugar.
So...something to think about: Is oatmeal a healthy breakfast?

Obesity is a problem that affects people both physically and mentally. It makes them very antisocial with no self confidence.The diets should have been called no food, no taste, and no energy. I counted calories, I counted points, and walked hundreds of miles on the treadmill.
