About Me

My name is Todd M. Cambio, CSCS and I am a strength and conditioning coach that specializes in sports performance training, hardstyle kettlebells and obstacle course/mud run racing. I believe in training the whole body form your fingertips to your toes using body weight, kettlebells and even strongman equipment!

I was always into sports and really wanted to help people excel at their chosen sport(s).  As an athlete myself,  I strive for the best training techniques and most cutting edge science behind it.  I still compete in obstacle course/mud run races and in a men’s basketball league.  I was also a former college football player and nationally ranked BMX racer.
Throwback Thursday! Little BMX action at the NBL Grands in 87' I believe! #bmx #critplate

Before I decided to be a full time strength coach, I was a high school science teacher, high school strength coach and football coach.  I started Precision Fitness as a business in 2005 and primarily worked with athletes after school and in the summer.  Then, when my wife and I relocated to Stonington, CT, I decided to open an actual facility.  I started in Warwick, RI  in 2008 first (because I grew up in that area) but then realized I was a part of the Stonington, CT and Westerly, RI communities, so I relocated the business in March of 2010 to downtown Westerly/Pawcatuck.  I enjoyed almost 5 years in Downtown Westerly/Pawcatuck before selling Precision Fitness and moving to New Hampshire in October 2014.  I now have the added bonus of watching my kids play sports and I even help coach some of their teams!  The other “stuff” about me is listed below if you are interested…
